European Conference of Tropical Ecology Photo Contest #GTOE2023
The GTOE2023 invites the whole conference community to participate in a Photo Contest focusing on Nature Photography. The contest aims to stimulate a new look at nature through photography. Please submit your best photo(s) from your favourite location, fieldwork, or even from your backyard! Let’s take this opportunity to document biodiversity, people, science, and nature in creative new ways
Categories
- The beauty of biodiversity
- People and nature
- Research applications and biodiversity solutions
Criteria
- The contest is open to all conference participants
- Up to three photos can be submitted per participant (one per category)
- Photos to be sent in Jpeg format with size not more than 5 MB
How to enter
Photos should be sent to gtoe2023@gmail.com with email subject PHOTO an accompanying sentence describing each photo.
Prizes
The winner of each category will be announced during GTOE2023 meeting in Ceske Budejovice. The Winner of each category & Prize of the comunity will be awarded a cash price in addition to having their photos exhibited in print at the GTOE 2023 meeting along with other highly rated photos.
Submission deadline
The deadline for submission is 13th of June 2023
