After 26th of April, registrations will be still possible until 10th of May but we will not be accepting abstracts anymore.

The registration fees range from between 200 EUR for early student members and 480 EUR for late registration by non-member academics. These fees include 3 lunches, 2 dinners and all coffee breaks.

We highly recommend to become a member of the Society for Tropical Ecology. The members of the society have following advantages:

• Discount on the conference registration fees
• For student members – opportunity to apply for funding to support travel to society conferences
• For student members – opportunity to apply for Merian awards for best talks and posters at the conference
• and many other advantages

Cancellation policy:

Registrations made are definite and cancellation policy applies.

Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

Registrations cancelled, as a result of a paper not being accepted are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.
